Safety of our travellers, tour leaders, employees and partners has always been our priority.
Travelling should be fun and stress-free, this is why we have carefully updated our safety standards as well as our terms&conditions, in order to guarantee a travel experience that is enjoyable, fully safe and flexible.
Safety standard
All our leaders and guides have been trained in order to comply with the new safety guidelines.
We work only with hotels and drivers who proved they are fulfilling high safety standards like regular sanitation of the areas used by guest (rooms, common areas, cars), wearing masks as well as safety equipment and the use of hand sanitizer.
Terms&Conditions
We are offering more flexible terms and conditions. Trip reservation can be cancelled up to 15 days before the departure for private-tailor made tours and up to 30 days before departure for small group tours.
In case of a trip cancellation due to pandemic reasons, we will offer a 100% credit vouchers that can be used to book any trip anytime.
